FLOOR PREP

Perhaps the most important element of a successful flooring project, the prep includes removal, disposal, sealing, and levelling. Prices are done on quoted basis due to the large number of variables involved.

MATERIALS

Depending on the quantity of flooring needed as well as the specific product options selected, you should budget between $3.39 and $3.99 per square foot.

INSTALL

Hardwood install prices will fluctuate based on method of install, the home’s floor plan, and install pattern. The price range for install should fall between $3 and $4 per square foot. Stairs are priced separately.
