Colour Matching

We strive to provide the best possible colour matches, but please note that exact matches can be challenging due to variations in products, sheens, and wear-and-tear. While we do our very best, we cannot guarantee a perfect match. Customers are required to pay for the product before the colour match is performed. If you're not satisfied with the result, you're welcome to request another match, but please understand that we do not cover the cost of additional attempts.

Delivery Service

Enjoy free delivery on orders placed by 2 PM on the previous business day! Orders submitted after this time will incur a flat delivery fee of $10. While we aim to deliver promptly, we cannot guarantee a specific time of arrival. Deliveries typically go out in the morning and are not available in the afternoon.

Service Estimates

Our estimates for service contracts are based on the information provided at the time of inquiry. Please note that these estimates may change following a site verification. If conditions or information change, we will adjust the estimates accordingly to reflect the new circumstances.
